- Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda August 3, 2026 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Brittany Fisher; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Milton McLelland; Dorian Page; John Webster; David Westwood; Assistant Attorney Christopher Gubler; Building Official Lester Ross; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation daycare business at approximately 435 Bramblewood Blvd/ Sweet Pea Schoolhouse/ Renae Slack. 5. Request for Administrative Appeal of staff decision requiring public improvements at approximately 1695 West 200 North/ A+ Student Suites/ Justin W. Wayment.
