a. PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: Sight Triangle Regulations Land Use (Legislative)

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Development Code regarding sight triangle regulations.
b. PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE: Landscaping Amendments Land Use (Legislative)
Rob Patterson, City Attorney/Planning & Zoning Administrator
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the Development Code related to landscaping and water conservation standards, including standards that would allow residents to qualify for landscape modification rebates.

a. ACTION: Current Residential Setback and Building Height Regulations Land Use (Legislative)
