NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City is considering amending its Development Code and Municipal Code to consolidate and clarify sight triangle regulations. - Highland City is considering amending its Development Code regarding landscaping requirements to provide better clarity as to requirements and to encourage and facilitate water-wise landscaping methods to allow Highland residents to benefit from certain grant programs from other government entities. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
