NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH OGDEN CITY Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at their regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held to receive comments on Zoning Text Amendment 2026-06 to consider regulations regarding Commercial Building setbacks, wall heights, and buffer requirements adjacent to Residentially zoned property. This application has been made by a local business owner but will be considered across all commercial zones in North Ogden City. These provisions will consider amendments in the following section of the Land Use Code: CCNO 11-10A-3, Site Development Standards (Subsection 3, Minimum Yard Setbacks). CCNO 11-10A-5, Protection of Adjoining Residential Properties; Buffer Zone. CCNO 11-10 Article C, Design Standards for Commercial and Manufacturing Development. Copies of materials and staff reports are available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.gov or the North Ogden City Offices. This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
