- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Chris Crockett D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Recognitions- 1. Century Farm and Ranch Designation Award. Presentation of the 2026 Winning in Weber Awards- Above & Beyond Kathy Black Leadership Siri Main Learning is Power Stacy Cornell Rising Star Billie Hatch Service Star Shelly Halacy Presenters: Weber County Commissioners G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $94,167.08. 2. Request for warrants #108686-108758, 497460-497646 and 549 in the amount of $3,067,816.39. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of Interlocal Agreements by and between Weber County and the following cities enabling the county surveyor's office to provide surveying services to the cities- Harrisville City Huntsville Town North Ogden City Uintah City H. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of final reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County clarifying, confirming and authorizing the service area of the Weber Fire District. Presenter: Chris Crockett 2. Discussion and/or action on participation in UCIP's joint purchase of Workman's Compensation Program. Presenter: Chris Crockett 3. Request for approval of a staff-initiated proposal to amend the Weber County Code pertaining to minimum setbacks in the F-1 (formerly the FR-1) Zone, uses in the R3-A and R3-S (formerly FR- 3) Zone.
