The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 in the Council Chambers of the North Logan City Offices at 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM. PUBLIC HEARING - ZMA-2026-05 - North Logan Townhomes Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) Rezone & Master Development Plan: Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan of two parcels (4.98 acres) located at approximately 100 E & 2000 N (Parcel IDs: 04-083-0116 & 04-083-0115) from the Commercial General (CG) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (West Side Transition).

3. Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) various properties located west of Main Street with frontage along 2500 North. Specifically, this Zoning Map Amendment is applicable to the following:
