WITH THE ANCHOR LOCATION FOR SAID MEETING TO BE LOCATED AT: WASATCH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH WESTPARK BUILDING 750 NORTH FREEDOM BLVD., SUITE 300 PROVO, UTAH 84601 WHEN NECESSARY, BOARD MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE ELECTRONICALLY WITH THE ANCHOR LOCATION AS STATED ABOVE CONSENT AGENDA Approval of the Minutes for June 22, 2026, Governing Body of Wasatch Behavioral Health Special Service District Authority Board Meeting. REGULAR AGENDA 1. Ratify the Expedited Approval of and Sign a Resolution Adopting the Tentative Fiscal Year 2027 Budget for Wasatch Behavioral Health Special Service District. 2. Ratify the Expedited Approval of and Sign a Resolution Adopting an Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget for Wasatch Behavioral Health Special Service District. 3. Approve and Authorize the Signing of an Agreement with Anson Family Counseling. 4. Approve and Authorize the Signing of an Agreement with Kick the Habit Addiction Medicine, PLLC. 5. Approve and Authorize the Signing of an Agreement with Bilingual Family Services LLC. 6. Approve and Authorize the Signing of an Agreement with Nebo School District. 7. Ratify the Approval and Authorization of signing of an Agreement with Utah Department of Health and Human Services-Medicaid Contract #262703539, Funding for FY27, and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the agreement through DocuSign. 8. Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Establishment of the Governing Authority Board of Wasatch Behavioral Health Special Service District for a New Banking Account and Banking Relationship with Glacier Bancorp dba Altabank. 9. Approve the Financial Report for May 2026. 10. Approve the Expenditure Report for May 2026. 11. Directors' Briefing/QUAPI Report 12. Approve and set a date, time, and location for a Closed Meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual or individuals for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the Regular Agenda. Approve and set a date, time, and location for a Closed Meeting for a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, water rights, or water shares, for today's date, at this location, following the completion of the Regular Agenda.
