PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council of the City of Green River will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the City Council Chambers, 460 East Main Street in Green River, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on: 1. Capital Facilities Plan (CIB) Funding Application - The City of Green River is preparing an application to the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for financial assistance to complete a facilities master plan. 2. Capital Facilities Plan (CIB) Funding Application - The City of Green River is preparing an application to the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for financial assistance to complete a Storm Drainage Master Plan. 3. Ordinance No. 2026-01, Wildland-Urban Interface Ordinance - Receive public comment regarding proposed Ordinance No. 2026-01 adopting regulations related to the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI), including adoption of the City's official Wildland-Urban Interface Map as required by House Bill 48 (2025). 4. Resolution No. R02-2026 - Receive public comment regarding a resolution establishing and adopting the official Wildland-Urban Interface Map for the City of Green River.
