EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on August 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: Transportation Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP): - Transportation Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) Update: The hearing is for adoption of an update to the Transportation Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) The City's Transportation Master Plan is intended to identify the needed transportation infrastructure needed to provide adequate service for the City's residents and businesses. This comprehensive transportation plan that must be developed and regularly maintained to combat the potential congestion caused by projected growth. This plan must incorporate the goals of the city of Eagle Mountain regarding the transportation systems within our jurisdiction and those regional facilities maintained by UDOT, UTA, Utah County, and neighboring communities. Scenic Mountain Rezone: - Scenic Mountain Rezone: Proposed General Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment(s) and Rezoning of various properties within, and adjacent to, the expired Scenic Mountain master development area. Approximately 42.29 acres of land are included in this proposal. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
