PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan City Council will hold a public meeting in the Council Room in the City Office Building, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m. on July 28, 2026. The public meeting will be live streamed on YouTube and a recording available on https://morganutah.gov /meetings.

- The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted within the Morgan City limits on this 23 day of July, 2026 at Morgan City Hall, on the Utah State Public Notice Website (https://www.utah.gov/pmn), on the City's Website https://morganutah.gov and three public places within the City.
