The Planning and Zoning Commission of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, that will begin promptly at 6:50 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider public comment regarding the proposed rezoning of the following real property:
COMMON ADDRESS: 87 South 300 East, Delta, Utah 84624
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
SUBD: DELTA PLAT A BLOCK 47 LOT: 2 BLOCK: 47 ALL OF LOT 2, BLOCK 47, PLAT 'A' DELTA TOWNSITE SURVEY, MILLARD COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH. LESS AND EXCEPTING THE NORTH 100 FEET OF SAID LOT 2.
Proposed zone change is from Commercial Business (C-B) Zone to Single and Two-Family Residential (R-2) Zone, Petitioners Hector Sandoval and Reynaldo Sandoval. The Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the Delta City Council on this issue.
