PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 04, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center, City Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Notice of Expansion of Vested Critical Infrastructure Materials Use, filed by DR Sumsion, DBA Western Paving Inc., located at 2120 S. State, Springville, Utah, in accordance with UCA 10-20-703(2)(C). All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder
