Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday August 5, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input and consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 10 Wildland/Urban Interface Fire Safety (FS) Overlay Zone, adopting the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code, Wellsville City Wildland-Urban Interface Map, and the 2003 Edition of the International Wildland-Urban Interface Code.
