- Preliminary Subdivision Plat Notice is hereby given that the Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the preliminary subdivision plat request by High Star Ventures II 2025, LLC for the High Star Single Family Subdivision, a 120 lot subdivision located on High Star Drive of the High Star Ranch. The meeting will be held in the Kamas City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. Public comments are welcome and can be made in person or submitted via email to info@kamascityut.gov. The hearing will also be streamed live on the Kamas City YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfvdAe2TE8PKHFJcPRpMMzA.
