Notice of Public Hearings
The City Council and Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday August 5, 2026 and Tuesday August 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
Zone Change (Public Hearing):
- Hollow Acres Commercial Zone Change: Public hearings will be held as part of the review of the proposed Hollow Acres Commercial Zone Change Request. This proposal involves changing the zoning of approximately 4.8 acres from Rural Residential and R-1-12 to C-2 General Commercial for a property located on the southeast corner of 400 North and Spanish Fork Parkway.
Zone Change & Preliminary Plat (Public Hearing):
- Leland Meadows: A public hearing will be held as part of the review of the proposed Leland Meadows Zone Change and Preliminary Plat approval request. This proposal involves changing the currently zoning of multiple properties from R-R to R-1-6 and R-15 with the Master Planned Development Overlay to accommodate a residential subdivision of 206 residential lots and garden homes as a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 1200 West 1400 South.
Title 15 Amendments:
- Detached Accessory Dwellings: This proposal would modify the parking requirements for some properties with detached accessory dwellings.
- Volition: This proposal would create requirements for data centers and facilities that generate their own electricity.
This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
