NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, to consider the following items: - A zone change from Multi-family Residential (R-4) to Mixed-use (MU) for property on the west side of Harrison Boulevard from 24th Street to 25th Street, with associated zoning ordinance amendments. - Revisions to Ogden's annexation policy plan. The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or online at www.plan-ogden.com. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
