The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the A-10 (Agricultural 10-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel under consideration is 7070-A-1-A-2-NC which is 17.50 acres in size. The subject property is located approximately 6 miles west of Enterprise, Utah, on the west side of Hunt Creek Road in unincorporated Washington County, immediately north of the Dixie National Forest boundary. The applicant is James Jessop.
