Approval of Minutes - June 23, 2026 4. Public Meeting and Public Hearings - Presentations by Jeremy Lance, Planner II a. Clover Fields Phase 3 & 4 Overlay: Parcels 05-060 0088 & 05-060-0089 (located approximately at the terminus of both 110 South and 900 West i. Staff Presentation and Commission Discussion ii. Public Hearing iii. Consideration and Decision: Board deliberation, motion and vote b. Heritage Country PUD Overlay: Parcels 05-079 0006 & 05-199-0016 (located approximately northwest of the intersection of 6400 West and 10000 North Street and approximately southeast of the intersection of 6800 West and 10000 North Street) i. Staff Presentation and Commission Discussion ii. Public Hearing iii. Consideration and Decision: Board deliberation, motion and vote 5.
