Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Wellington City Office, located at 102 N 100 W. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting, and the agenda shall be as follows:

Vote to remove a portion of wording in current code 13.15.050 sec E (All presently installed backflow prevention assemblies which do not meet the requirements of this section and were approved assemblies for the purposes described herein at the time of installation and which have been properly maintained, shall, except for the inspection and maintenance requirements under this section, be excluded from the requirements of these rules so long as the water purveyor is assured that they will satisfactorily protect the public water system.)
