- HIGHLAND CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinances of the Highland City Council On July 7, 2026, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinance(s): - O-2026-18 Amending the Highland City Municipal Code Related to Fire and Wildland-Urban Interface Code Standards and Adopting a Wildland-Urban Interface Map - O-2026-19 Amending Highland Municipal Code Related to Process for Increasing Compensation for Elective Officials - O-2026-20 Amending Highland City Development Code Related to a New Business Use for Private Dog Training and Recreation in R-1-40 Zone A full and complete copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the Highland City Recorder, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Posted in the following locations on July 21, 2026 Public Notice Website (https://www.utah.gov/pmn/) Highland City Website (www.highlandut.gov) Highland City Hall
