- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Property Transfer/Disposal Please be advised that the North Salt Lake Local Building Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 10 East Center Street, North Salt Lake, UT 84054. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment on the following item: 1. Consolidation and Transfer of Real Property from the Local Building Authority to the City of North Salt Lake for Hatch Park. The parcels proposed for consolidation and transfer include: 45 North Main Street, 59 North Main Street, 89 North Main Street, 105 West 150 North, 115 West 150 North, and 121 West 150 North. All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. For further information regarding this proposal, please contact the North Salt Lake City Recorder at (801) 335-8709 or visit the city website to view the full meeting agenda www.nslcity.gov .
