The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from the A-20 (Agricultural 20-acre minimum lot size) zone to the A-5 (Agricultural 5-acre minimum lot size) zone. The parcel under consideration is 7090-A-3-NW which is 7.07 acres in size and is located approximately west of State Highway 18 (Pinto Road), north of Ence Place (5000 North), adjacent to Dixie National Forest near Central, Utah. The applicant is John Littell.
The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
