Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.
1. 5:00 pm - Youth Council Leadership Meeting - 30 min
2. 5:30 pm - Welcome and Introductions - 5 min
3. 5:35 pm - Approval of previous meeting minutes - 5min
4. 5:40 pm - Rodeo event recap - 15 min
o How did it go?
o What went well?
o What should we do differently next year?
5. 5:55 pm - Upcoming event: OWD - 30 min
o Youth night: August 5th
o OWD festival: August 8th 12am-5pm
o Paula Pemberton will tell us about our duties - 15 min
o Float building: August 1st (flexible date) - for parade on the 8th
6. 6:25 pm Next Meeting - 5 min
o September 15 at 5:30 p.m.
o This is the Youth Council parent meeting
