- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission/City Council Work Meeting will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, July 23, 2026 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: 1. Approval of Minutes for July 9, 2026 2. Legislative Items: Motion: to set a public hearing on August 13, 2026 to rezone property at approx. 3600 W 1975 N from RE-20 to RE-15 R&K Properties (Amy Roskelley) 7:15 PM - Work Meeting 3. Work Meeting-Mike Hansen 4.
