- West Haven City POULTER POND LANDSPACING IMPROVEMENTS PART 1 SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the POULTER POND LANDSPACING IMPROVEMENTS will be received by West Haven City at the City office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, 8/12/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of: Landscape and irrigation improvements at the West Haven City Poulter Pond, including site grading, irrigation system installation, establishment, landscaping, and all associated appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The project shall be governed by the contract documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit, and other requirements imposed by West Haven City at no additional cost to OWNER. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to a responsive, responsible bidder. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Gardner Engineering; 1580 W 2100 S, West Haven, UT 84401; 801.476.0202; Project Engineer Trigunakar Goru, trigunakar@gecivil.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site on August 04 , 2026, at 2.30 PM, at the following location: 3650 S 4200 W PDF copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained on or after 7/29/2026, by requesting them via email from Trigunakar Goru. All formal questions shall be submitted by email to trigunakar@gecivil.com. The deadline for submitting questions is 8/6/2026, at 5:00 PM In accordance with Utah Code 63G-6a-112(2)(b)(iii) this Invitation is posted on the City's website.
