- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 pm at 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, to consider establishing the attached retail water rate schedule for the Silver Cliffs Development, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed rate schedule, and to explain the reasons for the proposed rates. Monthly Water Service Fee Schedule $20.00 minimum for each connected user plus $2.00/1,000 gallons for the first 12,000 gallons $2.50/1,000 gallons for the next 5,000 gallons $3.00/1,000 gallons for the next 5,000 gallons $3.50/1,000 gallons for the next 5,000 gallons $6.00/1,000 gallons for the next 5,000 gallons $10.00/1,000 gallons for usage over 32,000 gallons Water Surcharge Rate $15.00/1,000 gallons for usage over 290,000 gallons in any calendar year Water Development Surcharge $1.75/month/equivalent residential connection Excess Water Use Surcharge An additional $10/1,000 gallons for everything over 8,000 gallons per month Late Fee As provided in Utah Code Interest Rate As provided in Utah Code Minimum Fee for Resumption of Service $100.00 3/4' Meter Connection Fee $400.00
