- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED RMF OVERLAY ZONE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila Planning & Zoning will hold a public hearing on AUGUST 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, at the Town Conference Meeting Room, located at 145 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed RMF OVERLAY ZONE for a 12.541-acre parcel located at 265 W Highway 43, Manila, Utah. The property is currently zoned as Central Development District (CDD) and the applicant is requesting approval of an RMF Overlay Zone. Public comments are encouraged and may be submitted in person at the public hearing or in writing by email to matteef@manilautah.com. Written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting to be included in the Planning & Zoning Commission's review. Comments may also be submitted during regular business hours at the Town of Manila Offices, 145 E Highway 43, Manila, Utah 84046.
