Notice Is Hereby Given that the Land Enhancement and Development Special District Board of Trustees will Hold a Meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2026 at 4:45 p.m., Via Zoom Meeting (Link Below)
1. Welcome and Call to Order
2. Consider Approval of the Pending Minutes from the Board Meeting held June 23, 2026
3. Consideration of Resolution 2026-09 Approving a First Supplement to Indenture of Trust (Senior) for the Limited Tax General Obligation Bond, Series 2024A-1 to Include Approximately 10 Acres of Land into the Property Tax Area and Other Documents Required in Connection Therewith; Authorizing the Taking of All Other Actions Necessary to the Consummation of the Transactions Contemplated by this Resolution; and Related Matters.
4. Consideration of Resolution 2026-10 Making a Finding that the District has Obtained Consent of 100% Of The Surface Property Owners Within The Boundaries Of The District To The Issuance Of Not To Exceed $25 Million Of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds And That There Are No Registered Voters Within The Boundaries Of The District; Authorizing The Posting Of A Notice Of This Resolution; Authorizing The Taking Of All Other Actions Necessary To The Consummation Of The Transactions Contemplated By This Resolution; And Related Matters.
