NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Amendment to Orderville Town Municipal Code
Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, August 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah, the Orderville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comment on the proposed amendments to the Orderville Town Municipal Code.
The proposed amendments are in TITLE 1 CHAPTER 10 TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS:
Current:
The town council shall conduct one regular meeting per month which shall be held on the first Monday of each month at the Orderville Town Hall, 425 E State Steet, Orderville, UT, 84758. Meetings shall begin at 5:30 p.m. or as modified by the town council. If at any time the business of the town requires a special meeting of the town council, such meeting(s) may be ordered by the mayor or any two (2) members of the town council. Procedures and process for a special meeting shall follow Title 10, Chapter 3, of the Utah Code. Noticing shall be as prescribed by Title 52, Chapter 4, of the Utah Code.

All interested persons desiring input into this public hearing are invited to attend. A copy of the proposed amendments to the Orderville Town Municipal Code are available for review at the Orderville Town Office during regular business hours.
