The Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District (UMAD) will hold a Special Board Meeting on July 21, 2026, at 5:30 pm. at the District Office, located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah.
(Telephonic participation for Board Members is available as per District Policy adopted April 9, 2020).

6. Report on the Fraud Risk Hot-line email and drop box at the District office.
7. Approval of June Board Meeting Minutes
8. Approval for TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company (TGS) to conduct a seismic survey on the Ballard Property.
9. Update, Discussion, and Action: Current 2025 Audit Services Request for Proposals (RFP).
a. Cancelation of the current competitive procurement.
b. Approval to secure audit services through the Small Purchase provision.
c. Authorize a 'Not-to-Exceed' negotiation limit.
d. Authorize the Procurement Official to fully execute the 2025 (only) audit services agreement.
10. Multi-year Audit Services contract through competitive procurement.
11. Staff attendance of UAS (Drone) Conference in Las Vegas Nevada (September 1-3, 2026).
12. Future Agenda items.
13. The next Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting will be held August 20, 2026.
