- HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF QUORUM Highland Fling Thursday, July 30th to Saturday, August 1st, 2026 Heritage Park and Various Locations Notice is Hereby Given that the Highland City Council may attend the various activities associated with the Highland Fling. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephannie B. Cottle, certify that the foregoing notice was posted at the principal office of the public body, the Utah State Public Notice website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandut.gov).
