PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CITY COUNCIL - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Thursday, August 13, 2026, 5:30PM The City Council of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online and may have options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. Click here for more information. REGULAR SESSION 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action The City Council will consider an Ordinance to update Engineering Specifications for Transportation Impact Study Guidelines and Transportation Demand Management and amend the Land Management Code (1) Chapter 15-7 to streamline limited condominium plat amendments by shifting review from the Planning Commission to staff, (2) Chapter 15-1 to align with Senate Bill 284 Local Land and Water Modifications regarding Planning Commissioner removal, recusal, and annual training, and to establish City Council authority to enact a land use regulation if the Planning Commission does not timely forward a recommendation, to update the review process for new and unlisted business licenses, and to revise the burden of proof and standard of review for land use appeals, (3) Chapters 15-3, 15-6, and 15-6.1 to update Transportation Impact Study Guidelines and establish Transportation Demand Management Criteria, and (4) Chapter 15-13 to amend regulations for types and materials of fences in residential Historic Districts.
