- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on July 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.gov The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Approval of Consent Items - Request for approval of the Financials were reviewed - Request for approval of the warrants in the amount of $48,084.38 - Request for the approval of the meeting minutes: o May 21, 2026 o June 23, 2026 - Standard Operating Procedure for Invoicing - Sunrise Subdivision Phases 1-5 E. Business Items - Master Service Agreement/RFP - Amended and Restated Development Agreement - Bloomington Well Bill of Sale o Don Barnett - Operational Thresholds Memo - BI/AI Integration - Add9 Acknowledgement Document - Sewer Metering - ADU Policy - Pool Policy F.
