Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-048 ZONE CHANGE FROM AGRICULTURE 20 (AG-20) AND AGRICULTURE (AG) TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (HI) Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Millard County Offices-71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below and located at approximately 8900 N Whiskey Creek Road (Holden) from Agriculture 20 (AG-20) and Agriculture (AG) to Heavy Industrial (HI): S1/2 SEC 15, T19S, R4W, SLM [APN: 5741] Approximately 323.13 acres A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6, Fillmore, UT.
