3. NEW BUSINESS / ACTION ITEMS
Presentation of Fire Official's Updated Declaration: Review of the written determination of hazardous environmental conditions submitted by Fire Chief B. Jared Thacker regarding persistent drought and town-wide fire risks.
Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2026-05A: A resolution extending the temporary ban on the discharge of consumer fireworks and unregulated ignition sources through the Pioneer Day holiday season (July 22-25, 2026), providing an exemption for permitted professional displays, and establishing enforcement and penalties.
