NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on July 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. SPID OFFICE SECURITY DOORS AND SAFETY WINDOW DISCUSSION AND APPROVAL
3. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT
4. PROGRESS REPORT ON SEWER TREATMENT UPGRADE
5. JUNE WATER LOSS AUDIT REPORT
6. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 16, 2026
7. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS
8. PETITIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENT
9. MOTION TO CLOSE REGULAR MEETING AND ENTER INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS WATER RIGHTS AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE STATE LAW.
8. MOTION TO END CLOSED SESSION AND RETURN TO REGULAR MEETING
10. ADJOURN
