ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING Regular Meeting Tuesday, June 9, 2026 7:00 PM Present: Chad Tolbert, Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett, Shaun Bell, Harry Hansen, Garrett Horton, Shanna Fielder, Seth Manning, Janice Winn Open Meeting 7:00 pm Pledge of Allegiance Approval of minutes: Mason Moss motioned to approve the minutes from May 12, 2026. Travis Richards seconded the motion. YES: Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett. NO: none CITIZENS CONCERNS: None. APPROVE/DENY: Bridgeway Project Services - Anton Fedenko He put in for a business license as a project coordination and consultant, but as found out today, he does not have the project coordination and consultant license that he needs. Right now he is on hold until he gets all those ducks in a row and he also wants to get the handyman exemption requirements and he has to get it from DOPL. We won't be able to vote on it. Travis Richards made a motion to table this until further notice and Mason Moss seconded. YES: Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett. NO: none APPROVE,DENY: Water and Sewer to Sawmill property - Garrett Horton He would like to run water and sewer out to the sawmill. He would like to utilize the existing building. He would like to update and turn into a shop. If they run it separately from the house, it will need to be metered and he will need a water shares or it can stay connected and extend from the house. Don Bennett made the motion to approve and Travis Richards made the second. YES: Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett. NO: none APPROVE/ DENY: Updated Fee Schedule The updated fee schedule was handed out and discussed. Chad Tolbert to pass this new schedule of fees. Leland Sasser made a second. YES: Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett. NO: none ZONING ADMINISTER REPORT: Seth Manning Several requests on fences. Goats running loose are still a problem. Mike Stiff got his building permit. CITY COUNCIL REPORT: Doug Stilson None Motion made by Travis Richards to adjourn this meeting and Mason Moss seconded. YES: Travis Richards, Mason Moss, Leland Sasser, Kris Bell, Don Bennett. NO: none Adjourn - 7:25 pm Planning Committee Chairman
