Hyde Park City Planning Department proposes an amendment to the following title, chapter, and/or section of the Land Use Code:
Title 12.20 and 12.290.010
Purpose: to amend the Land Use Table
The Hyde Park Planning Commission Public Hearing Information:
Date: Wednesday, August 5, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: 113 E. Center, Hyde Park UT
A public hearing is a statutory requirement for some land use decisions. At a public hearing, members of the public are provided a reasonable opportunity to provide factual testimony on the subject of the hearing. Send written comment to: planning@hpcutah.gov
