- I, Kristina Rasmussen, City Recorder for the City of Brigham City, Box Elder County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Brigham City Council meeting held on July 16, 2026 the following Resolution was adopted: - Resolution 26-09 Redevelopment Agency - Resolution authorizing the allocation of affordable housing funds generated within the Northwest EDA Project Area to reimburse the City for impact fees waived for the Habitat for Humanity home.
