PARAGONAH PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PETITION TO VACATE ROAD PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Paragonah Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on July 29, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on Lauren and Trevor Gage's petition to vacate16 feet East of their existing property located on 200 East between the 200 North intersection and the north end of their existing property that abuts the Mounds Subdivision for the purpose of aligning the street frontage between the original north Town boundary and the 1991 Annexation/1992 Mounds Subdivision road. A copy of the petition is available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Hall. All members of the public are invited to attend this hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
