- PUBLIC NOTICE Please be advised that on July 16, 2026, the City Council of the City of St George approved the following ordinance(s): Ordinance No. 2026-051 vacating approximately 613 feet of platted right-of-way at the south end of Desert Color Parkway, with the condition that the rest of the road being dedicated. Ordinance No. 2026-052 amending the Desert Color Planned Development Commercial zone on approximately 1.28 acres located east of Desert Color Parkway, between Southern Parkway and Black Mountain Drive.
