- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend a portion of the City of St. George Code, Title 10 (Zoning Regulations), in order to modify the accessory dwelling unit standards for compliance with recent changes in the State Code. The applicant is the City of St. George represented by Dan Boles.
