- The Smithfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:05 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing the 2026 COG (Cache County Council of Governments) Application which is being submitted for a project located south of 250 East 600 South.
