NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INPUT IS REQUESTED BY THE TREMONTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEM SCHEDULED FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON: Tuesday, July 28, 2026 @ 5:30 PM Tremonton City Hall - 102 S. Tremont St. Council Chambers - Heritage Country PUD Overlay: Request for adoption of the Heritage Country PUD Overlay. The properties are identified by parcel numbers 05-079 0006 & 05-199-0016 and are located, respectively, approximately northwest of the intersection of 6400 West and 10000 North Street and approximately southeast of the intersection of 6800 West and 10000 North Street, both within Tremonton City. All interested citizens are invited to attend or to watch the meeting via the City YouTube Channel. Prior to the meeting date, written comments may be sent to: Tremonton City Planning Commission planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov Notice to the South NPI District Residents This item is scheduled for discussion at the upcoming Neighborhood Partnership Initiative (NPI) South District meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
