- The City of West Jordan (City) anticipates the allocation of $481,738 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City's Community Development Department has issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) totaling $355,975, to consider project proposals that support the Program Year (PY) 2026 Annual Action Plan priorities. NOFA information and proposal specifications will be available online at zoomgrants.com on August 3, 2026. Respondents can submit questions via email to WJPlanning@westjordan.utah.gov through August 24, 2026. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm (Mountain) on August 31, 2026. Respondents submitting eligible proposals will be invited to present their respective proposals to the CDBG Committee in September. A public hearing, which is tentatively scheduled for September 22, 2026, will be conducted by the West Jordan City Council wherein a final decision on funding will be made.
