Public Notice Housing Connect's Public Housing Authority (PHA) Annual Plan, & Moving To Work (MTW) Supplement for January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Review and Public Hearing Housing Connect (HC) is requesting public review and comment on Housing Connect's 2027 PHA Annual Plan and Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement to the Annual PHA Plan. The public comment period will extend from July 21, 2026 - September 3, 2026. During the public comment period, HC residents, HC program participants and members of the public are invited to provide written comments and feedback. Following the public comment period, HC residents, HC program participants and members of the public are invited to participate in a public hearing to review the PHA Annual Plan & MTW Supplement. The public hearing will be held at Housing Connect, main office Board Room, 3595 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115, or, virtually, using the access information below. The HC Board of Commissioners will meet on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM Mountain Time at the Bud Bailey Apartments, Building C Classroom, located at 3970 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107, to act on the PHA Annual Plan and MTW Supplement to the PHA Annual Plan. The meeting is open to the public.
