Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Kraft at 7:06 P.M.

OSTAC REPORT: Angie Book - Absent
Events and Facility Updates:
Board Discussion: OSTA Well - Draft letter to send to commissioners to re-dig well for OSTA
2025 Audit Draft - It is at the County, finishing up the final draft waiting for engagement letter.
Financial Report Shellie presented May 20, 2026, Financial Statements. The Board reviewed the report, and all financials appear in good standing. Motion: Kraft
