Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for a zone change application on Parcels K-C-2-1 from R-1-8 [Single Family Zone] to C-2 [Commercial]. Parcel is located approximately at 318 North 100 East (South Central Communication Building) in Kanab City.
The reason for the zone change is to bring the property in compliance with city ordinances; the property has been used as a legal non-conforming commercial property for many years under a zoning designation for single family zone.
At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
