CITY OF MOAB PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED MINOR SUBDIVISION OF 1630 S MAIN, MOAB, UT. 84532 The City of Moab Planning Department will hold a Public Hearing on July 27th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Planning Department Offices in the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on the Minor Subdivision for 1630 S Main, Moab, UT. 84532, Parcel 01-0017-0006. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday, up until July 27th, 2026. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Department concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder's Office at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
