- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to tbergeson@taylorsvilleut.gov or call (385) 308-0534, no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: - File #2Z25 - DCA-000531-2025: Public Hearing and Consideration of a Zoning Text Amendment Request to Adopt Chapter 13.46 SSD-R 24-Hour Residential Zoning District for the Properties at Approximately 5718; 5766; & 5770 S. 1900 W. in Taylorsville, Utah. - File#6Z26 - DCA-000602-2026: Public Hearing and Consideration of a Zoning Map Amendment Request, Amending the Taylorsville Zoning Map from Regional Commercial to SSD-R 24-Hour Residential for the Properties at Approximately 5718; 5766; & 5770 S. 1900 W. in Taylorsville, Utah. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
